The workers of the Port of Barcelona raise funds for the Pasqual Maragall Foundation

Workers of the different collectives and companies of the Port of Barcelona have raised nine thousand euros through the celebration of a popular lunch held on Sunday, April 4th, in the Sports center of the Port.
Two hundred persons have attended to the lunch, promoted and organized by one of the workers, Josep Maria Pérez. During the lunch the president Pasqual Maragall thanked the assistants their implication in the fight against the Alzheimer’s disease. The director of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation, Jordi Camí, the director of the Port of Barcelona, José Alberto Carbonell and the Health department representative of the Barcelona Town Council, Isabel Ribas, have also attended.
